Delivery Terms

Delivery area and days

We deliver to Miami-Dade and south Broward on Sundays and Wednesdays. Delivery is free on orders over $100; otherwise $8–10 depending on zone. Statewide frozen shipping is coming soon.

Order cutoff

Changes, skips and cancellations must be made by Thursday 11:59pm for the following week's delivery. After cutoff your fill is already in production and cannot be changed.

Frozen guarantee window

Meals leave our kitchen frozen solid in insulated packaging with coolant and stay food-safe for several hours after drop-off. Our frozen guarantee covers meals that arrive warm to the touch, reported with a photo within 24 hours of delivery.

Delivery and risk

Deliveries are left at the address you provide. Risk of loss passes to you at the time of delivery. You are responsible for retrieving your order promptly and getting it into a freezer. We cannot replace meals that were left out after a successful delivery, or orders delivered to an incorrect address you supplied.

Missed or failed delivery

If a delivery cannot be completed because of an inaccessible address, gate code, or building restriction, we will attempt to contact you. Orders that cannot be delivered are not refundable, as the food is perishable and cannot be resold.

Address changes

Update your delivery address in your account before the Thursday cutoff. Address changes made after cutoff may not be applied to that week's fill.
