These rules are a working draft. Have your attorney review and complete the bracketed items before promoting the sweepstakes.

1. Sponsor

Take Twice Daily, [full legal entity name], [street address, city, FL, ZIP] (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Entry period

The Sweepstakes begins [start date] at [time] ET and ends September 30 at 11:59pm ET (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted outside the Entry Period will not be accepted.

4. How to enter

Submit your email address in the sweepstakes form on this website. Limit one (1) entry per person for the Entry Period. Duplicate, automated, or bulk entries are void. Entry constitutes consent to receive marketing email from Sponsor; you may unsubscribe at any time and unsubscribing will not affect your entry.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive one (1) Breville Joule Oven, approximate retail value $[ARV]. Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $[ARV]. The prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty from Sponsor. No cash equivalent, no substitution or transfer of prize except at Sponsor's sole discretion.

6. Winner selection and notification

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about [drawing date], conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding. The winner will be notified by email at the address submitted and must respond within [7] days. Failure to respond may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.

7. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

8. Taxes

All federal, state and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner may be required to complete an IRS Form W-9 and an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release prior to receiving the prize.

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's consent to Sponsor's use of their name and city/state for promotional purposes without further compensation.

10. Limitation of liability

By entering, participants release Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability for any loss, harm, damage, cost or expense arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete or unintelligible entries, or for technical failures of any kind.

11. Disputes and governing law

The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute shall be resolved individually and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [county] County, Florida.

This Sweepstakes is not sponsored by, endorsed by, or administered by Breville, and is in no way associated with any social media platform.
